Lincoln McCormick If all was right with the world, this band would be on every movie soundtrack. Glad to see they're still innovating and evolving. Favorite track: The Wild Hunt.

Dionysos Nyktelios If anything was lacking in Johnny Hollow's discography, was an album that worked as a whole as well as the individual tracks did.

This EP covers that gap with a beautiful yet disturbing collection of songs wrapped in a cohesive style and theme, twisting some characteristic elements of their music to make the experience consistent. Favorite track: Her Infinite Jest.

I, Goblin 03:38
You wanted to breathe for a moment Wandered out in the breeze Exploding with feeling Seized by the night til it ended In torment And the weight of the world sucked you in again It’s just a pill... (Everything is just fine, it’s glorious! Nothing could ever go wrong…) Not again, goblin! Not again!

Flooded by flickering blue at the bus stop Garbage on the ground starts to tremble on the sidewalk Now I’m all alone, no power on the phone Something strange in the wind in New Berlin Fear the Wild Hunt Don’t look now ‘Cause they’re coming around again Tenderly they look right at me I try to look away, but it’s too late Ground starts to tremble as they rip through the night There are gods in the ally cracking pavement in the moonlight The buildings start to shake, and everybody wakes As the hunt moves into New Berlin Tenderly, they look right at me I try to look away, but it’s too late What a strange procession moving through the avenue My breath stops short, paralyzed by the view There’s a warning in their stare, an ominous prayer As the hunt moves through in New Berlin Fear the Wild Hunt Don’t look now ‘Cause they’re coming around again

very human has a home I used to have one Every human has a love I used to be one Those memories are cherished Until they’re all gone Their choices are their own Until they have none I used to be human… (I am just a passenger Ascending into lunacy) I am the night My arms can pull the ocean wide And my hands tug at the marrow Of every living thing I am the night, I am the tide I am the light of the moon I spiral as the night begins to bloom… I used to be human.

Fathers and lovers make lumbering shadows (Don’t look away, don’t you look away) Their frail ambitions can lead to the gallows But she’s not afraid Oh, Ileana! A tangle of traps set to mangle her pride (Don’t look away, don’t you look away) But scoundrels and monsters cannot break her stride She’s not afraid Oh, Ileana! Nothing can stop Ileana… A skip and a hop in a graceful charade Dodging the dark with a pas de bourre She’s not afraid Oh, Ileana! Nothing can stop Ileana…

When I was a boy... way back in 1983... ...and the television was my holy spirit It showered me with sitcom moralities... That were plumed with technicolour commandments: Get a girl Get a house Have a family And if it all goes wrong? Do it again. That... was the televised truth. The funny thing about truth... It’s twisty. It’s.... malleable. It’s as real as a mirage inside of a dream. One day when the holy spirit wasn’t looking... ...a smoky silhouette approached me ...and I inhaled, desperate for the scent of him. It was a clandestine moment... His eyes, like fire... I wanted to burn. And the silence cracks As the angels rage And the wolves howl As my lovely jinn sings I wanted to burn… I am the flame You are the heat Let’s burn together Inside the beat
